How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your product, customize it (if applicable), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Are your gifts customizable?
Yes! Many of our gifts can be personalized with names, photos, messages, or special dates. Customization options are shown on the product page.
Will my gift look exactly like the photos?
We try our best to match the product images. Since some items are handmade or personalized, slight variations may occur.
Can I change customization details after placing an order?
Changes are possible only before the order goes into production. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I add a personal message with my gift?

How long does delivery take?
